Dr. Anak Agung Gde Satia Utama

Agung is a Lecturer, Researcher, and Consultant in the fields of Accounting and Information Systems. He has been a permanent lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, since 2005. He obtained his Master's degree in Accounting from Universitas Airlangga in 2008 and completed his Doctoral studies in Accounting Science at Universitas Airlangga in 2023. His research focuses on accounting information systems, qualitative methods, sustainability, big data, and community development. He is an expert in qualitative data analysis using NVIVO software. Actively participating as a speaker and moderator in seminars, workshops, and conferences at the national and international levels. Throughout his career, he has authored more than 90 publications in reputable international journals and accredited national journals, as well as authored more than 9 books. He has achieved recognition four times as the best paper and best presenter at international and national conferences. Certified as a qualitative research researcher and an international reviewer. He serves as a reviewer for Scopus-indexed journals, ranging from Q1 to Q4, and numerous international and national journals, as well as a regular reviewer for various international conferences. He also serves as an editor for various international and national journals. In 2020, he chaired the organizing committee for two international webinars. He is a member of several international associations, including the Association for Information Systems (AIS), the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), the Asian Qualitative Research Association (AQRA), the British Academy of Management (BAM), the Indonesian Qualitative Research Association (IQRA), BAFA, AFAANZ, Chartered Accountant, SEARA, and many more. He actively participates in various Big Data and Sustainability summer schools at various universities worldwide, including Pretoria University. Currently, he is actively involved in several research projects, collaborating with overseas researchers, supervising international students, publishing books, and serving as a speaker.

Associate Professor Dr. Daisy Kee Mui Hung

Dr. Daisy Mui Hung KEE is an Associate Professor at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia. She holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from the University of South Australia and an MBA from USM. With an extensive publication record of 109 ISI and Scopus-indexed journal papers, Dr. Kee is recognized for her significant academic contributions. She serves as the Country Director for both the Association of International Business and Professional Management (AIBPM) in Indonesia and the STAR Scholars Network in the United States. Her expertise is frequently sought after as a keynote speaker at international conferences. Her exemplary work has earned her several prestigious awards, including the Sanggar Sanjung Award and Publication Excellence Award from USM, as well as the Merdeka Award from the Australia Malaysia Business Council of South Australia. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Work Values, Leadership, Organizational Psychology, and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Kee has shared her expertise globally as an External Professor at Qingdao Hengxing University of Science and Technology, China, and as a Visiting Professor at Pusan National University, South Korea. Dr. Kee holds several prominent editorial roles, including Chief Editor of the Journal of Community Development in Asia, Associate Editor of the Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management, and Senior Editor of Global Business and Organizational Excellence. She is also an Entrepreneurship Fellow (2024-2025) at USM.
