Dr. Gan Kia Hui

Dr. Gan Kia Hui is the Head of Programme for the Centre for Australian Degree Programs (CADP) and a lecturer at INTI International College Penang. She holds a PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), specializing in organizational behavior, management, and the psychological safety climate. With over a decade of teaching experience in higher education, Dr. Gan’s expertise spans International Business, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Management Science, and Business Entrepreneurial Simulation. Dr. Gan has received multiple accolades, including the Best Paper Award at the 1st International Youth Conference in 2021 and the Best Paper Award at AIC2023. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker at various international conferences, sharing her insights and advancing knowledge in her field. In addition to her academic contributions, Dr. Gan serves as an Editorial Board Member and reviewer for several esteemed journals, further demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and research dissemination.
Dr. Shaina Arora
Chandigarh University, India
Dr. Shaina Arora currently is an Assistant Professor at Chandigarh University, located in Mohali, Punjab. Currently, she has completed my Ph.D. in Commerce from the same esteemed institution. Throughout my academic career, she has contributed significantly to the field of research, publishing numerous National and International research papers. Moreover, she has filed several International and National patents, which have been recognized for their originality and innovation. Her dedication and hard work have been acknowledged by various prestigious organizations, and she has been bestowed with several awards, such as the best teacher of the department, the best Assistant Professor award, and the best research awards. Additionally, she has been invited to present my teaching and learning expertise as a keynote speaker at several academic events. Since 2018, she has held various academic positions at Chandigarh University, and my contributions have been well-received by my peers and students. Her career objective is to secure a position in a professional environment that values my skills and enables me to contribute significantly to the organization. She is deeply committed to fostering an environment that encourages learners to explore their potential and realize their aspirations.
